Fee Rules and Regulations

  • School fee is to be deposited bimonthly on the school’s fee counter. NO outstation cheque or post dated cheque will be accepted.
  • No deduction of fee is to be made for period of absence or holidays.
  • One calendar month’s notice is required in writing before a child is withdrawn from school or one month’s fee is to be paid in lieu of notice. The same rule will apply for withdrawal from the school bus.
  • A fine of Rs.100 will be charged if the cheque is dishonoured. (In case if fee is deposited through cheque) Thereafter the fee will be accepted by cash only.
  • Fees is payable before 10th of each month.
  • Late Fee – The following panelty will be levied if the fees are not paid in time as stated above.

      (a) Rs.10 per day if the fees are paid between 11th and 25th of the payable month
      (b) Rs.100 per day if fees are paid between 26th and end of the payable month
      (c) Beyond the above date enrolment will be discontinued and re – enrollment is subject to the discretion of the school authority and re – enrolment fee  will be charged.

  • In case of the last date of payment being a holiday, the fee should be paid on the previous working day.

No deductions are made for vacations or broken periods. Fees once paid are not refundable.
